Jennifer Murray, President and CEO

Jennifer founded the JGS Group in 2001 after years of experience in the healthcare industry. She began her career with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid services, obtaining and monitoring Medicaid and Social Security benefits for children. Jennifer worked in several capacities at Covance, a reimbursement consulting firm. She managed Covance's AIDS/HIV reimbursement assistance program, and functioned as the Medicaid Expert for the Covance Medical Technology Division. She has worked as the principal reimbursement consultant on multiple medical device products. Since founding the JGS Group, Jennifer has authored many publications on reimbursement-related issues, including articles in the FDA News, Medical Device and Diagnostics Manufacturer’s Magazine, and Drug Information Association publications. Jennifer was appointed to the FDA News Advisory Panel in 2003. She holds a BA degree from Villanova University.

Our Reimbursement Associates

JGS Reimbursement Associates come from diverse backgrounds, each offering unique contributions to our organization. Their experience ranges from hands-on clinical and medical billing experience to medical regulatory consulting. They are well-versed in Medicare and private third party payer issues, claims coding and filing, appropriate medical documentation for claims submission, and regulatory issues. All of our Reimbursement Associates have a strong customer service orientation.

The JGS Group places continuing education of our staff as our highest priority. We are continually reassessing the skill sets and knowledge base of our Call Center staff, and provide them with the necessary resources so that they may share the most current coding and reimbursement information with our clients.
